It's Elesa! The Nimbasa City Gym leader! :D
This skin is my first upload, and it's not very well done. I need/ want to do some more shading. But am not really sure how to do it properly o-o
So for now, it is done. But I'll keep it at 90%.
(Update) So, found a bug in the skin, and it has been fixed :3
Decided to just make it 100%, even though the shading is . . Bad :/
