Got this suggested yesterday after posting my 100 subs special, and i just had to do it XD
This is Butter Leopold Scotch, in his Professor Chaos suit...
He is planning on destroying the world with his helper General Disarey and his guinea pig minions.
I really like how this skin turned out, can't really see the hair, but it doesn't look bad when you remove the helmet, promise ;3
This is also sort of a makeup skin because my last Butters skin sorta sucked :P
