Pulsar!

Nuck Chorris, aka PULSAR has the power to propel blasts of energy from his body. This also encompasses:

- Sending shock waves through the ground by punching it.
- Double jumping by propelling energy from his feet.
- Charging other objects and turning the into "pulse
grenades" that explode on impact.

PULSAR mainly manifests his powers through stereotypical opened handed blasts, but also sometimes throws off energy while punching really fast, essentially creating a machine gun effect. He also charges bullets before shooting them.

Nuck Chorris discovered his powers while being assaulted in an alleyway. Blasting his assailant against a wall and knocking him out, Nuck looked at his now glowing hands. The next day he decided to become a super hero and he modeled his costume after Ryu from the street fighter series because Nuck though Ryu was pretty boss. He eventually discovered the full extent of his powers. He keeps his city safe from all evil.

I tried using Leostereo's shading techniques because they seem both easy to do and very successful. I hope you guys think they turned out okay.
