Ok he is a
Flying robot mechanic guy and he likes tools. That thing on his shoulders are metal cos swag.
and the goggles are there because he can see through walls and communicate with his fellow dudes while he's flying on his cyber plane. :D
He likes to explore cos thats what Ezreal does.
