Quantum Manipulator

description-First i want to say Blender is back! My passion for pixel-art is revived, unfortunately I am out of practice, but creativity has not gone. In my off time I have not stopped creating (making a game of my own!).
Anyways, back to the Quantum Manipulator, for this skin i really wanted to make use of the hat layer to provide a strong 3D effect as well as using shadows to make the shapes "pop". again, it has been a while since i have made a skin, hope you all like it!
Story-In the beginning of the industrial revolution in the late 18-hundreds, there was event called the "Quantum V", during this event time was literally split into 2 separate and parallel realities existing in their own branch of time. The cause? it is believed to be caused by a device built by a mechanical mastermind by the name of Blender called the "Quantum Manipulator". One branch of time has grown into the world we know today, the other, came to a world that we describe as the "Cyberpunk era".
