Raichu

Yes, yes, I know. There are many fine* Raichu skins already uploaded to this site. So what sets my Raichu skin apart from all the others? A few things, actually...

• My Raichu skin uses the Generation V coloration palette.
  
• It has the typical "chu smile" going on.
  
• The ears are pointed the right way (and are on the "helmet/hair" layer).
  
• The "blush" marks on the cheeks are larger. (Larger than they should be, but given the scale and proportions, I think it looks cuter that way)
  
• The belly patch extends down his legs
  
• Most notably, his long tail is wrapped around his waist, letting you see the entire tail as well as the lightning bolt-shaped tip! (Though admittedly, the lightning bolt kind of blends in, due to skins not having a secondary layer aside from the head.)
