This is Deadman, the post-apocalyptic raider. He used to go by another name, but after the nukes, that identity was history to him. He is the leader of the raider organization KILLZ, and they raid small towns killing and looting everything in sight. He's racked up some serious bad reputation. Lots of people want him dead. And I mean LOTS of people.
