This is loosely based off of Rarity from My Little Pony...
I actually don't watch or care about My Little Pony (sorry all of those pony lover :c) but I saw Niko R's awesome Rainbow Dash which inspired me to make a personal pony for my self, and yes this skin is going to be my personal skin which I'll use in game xD FTW? haha
