he its the evil guy that had the plan to make numbers on mason to kill president of united state but

mason wanted to take revenge but he didn't made it he was trying to get menendez for asking how to get the numbers out of his head raul menendez hates Mason And Woods but he want to talk with David Mason Alex's Son

he its probaly trying to take over the world and trying to show how he's feelings its cuz of he's sisters death

but he want to take david mason into a trap just to confuse him for not going into he's plan
