Romano - Hetalia

Umm this is the first skin I've ever made, bear with me, it's not perfect.. It looks very similar to Northern Italy.. I didn't mean to do that.. It's hard not to make Feliciano and Romano look similar.. They're kinda twins.... I used his WWII uniform, not the one that everyone else uses.. Like the one you always see in Spamano Pictures..
I do not own Romano nor Hetalia... Nor this skin making style, I adopted the style from all the other Hetalia skins that I liked.

No Copyright intended...

Also yes, the colours are very bright.. :/
