I made this skin for the 'Lord of the Craft' Server, Link: http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/lord-of-the-craft-766094/
So if you're going to be on this server, DO NOT use this skin, we can't have two of the same elves running around now, can we?
But if you're not, then feel free to use this skin as much as you like :)
This skin is cartoony, and i'm not the best at making cartoon skins, but I wanted my elf to look this way. I think I did a good job :)

Also, if you like this skin, BE SURE TO GIVE IT A DIAMOND, and subscribe if you wish :) It's really easy to do ;D
