The doctors couldnt do anything about his burns or his brain, his brain was basically turned upside down (Some How) and the wealthyness turned into poorness and the nice turned into bad, he killed everyone got in his way... Scab Face's true identity was hidden in the government, but he remembers his first name..... Sam...
