"Hail to the King Baby" is Scourge trademark catchphrase in Archies Sonic Comics and fan spin offs with his character, he is from Anti-Mobius otherwise known as Moebius, he is Sonics Evil counterpart from Anti-Mobius. earlier in the comics he was Blue but that was later changed to being emerald green. his Girlfriend is Fiona Fox who is from Mobius. Scourge became King of Moebius for a short period of time before his defeat. From Archies Sonic the Hedgehog comics.
