'Scrapper' a cyborg who doesn't know he is a cyborg. He was programmed to make bombs little did they know his circuits would fry and he would take the identity of young Rudy a bomb mechanic who was going to be put out of work because of the cyborgs. He took the war veterans clothes and took on the persona of 'scrapper' a bomb mechanic.
