When survivors wander near the polluted salty seas they must fear for their lives. People who have wandered to close before have become a part of the ocean they wanted to use as protection. Mutation from the radiation in the water they have become creatures that protect their home with teeth and claws. Still containing their human biped form they know think like a sea creature concerned with survival...and hunger.
When you see a sign that says "Beware the Sharksters" take the warning wisely.
Beware.
