This is Shingyoku (㠷㠳㠮㠧㠯) from Touhou Project (æ ±æ ¹Project).
Shingyoku is from Highly Responsive to Prayers (æ ±æ ¹é ç °ä¼ ).
I might do little changes to it later.
More About Shingyoku
Shingyoku is the first Touhou boss. She has 3 forms, a large Ying-Yang Orb, female priestess and male priest.
She is a gatekeeper. She appears to prevent Reimu from entering the gateway, or perhaps to test her resolve. Shingyoku is likely somehow related to the Hakurei Shrine's past.
