Shuusei Kagari - Psycho-Pass

it's been awhile since I made a skin eh?
Recently, an anime called Psycho-Pass started running. I've become addicted to this anime and decided to make a skin of one of my favorite characters, Shuusei Kagari.
I'm going to do the other characters too. Tomorrow probably.

Also, he's missing a belt. Only cause It'd look weird how skins lay. & if you look at a picture of him, he has 4 blue pins in his hair, I only put 2, as if the other 2 were under some of his bangs :D
