Another custom character.

Project SIDEWINDER was developed to be the most powerful weapon in existence, and they succeded in their goal... at the cost of so much....

Sidewinder's nuclear reactor caused anything near him to corrode and/or die of radiation sickness. causing him to be nearly invincible...

When the bombs fell, he was just being developed, leading to him being active when everyone was anhilated, when he left the facility (or atleast the smoking remnants of it) the radiation of the bombs did not affect him at all. instead it charged his power to even greater amounts! so now... he is called "The God Of The Green Glow" by most wastelanders who see him, reports have come up now and then that he has attacked 'villages' seeking more nuclear power, though no reactors other than his remain.

Also known as "The Faceless One" though he uses the sensors located on the right and left sides of his head to detect anything that comes near...
