Skin Layout

Description from original post (created 2012-10-06 02:07):

This feels like the wrong format to be doing this, but what evskie. Download to look at the skin map.

This looks ugly as sin, but that's because it's not meant to be pretty. It's more or less a little layout that I use when I make a new skin. I use Pixen, a free to download pixel program (which ins't entirely new user friendly, but gets the job done), which allows for layering. What I do while working is work on a layer above this base, and then work from there.

One quick note, following the model for the top and bottom of the head, the lighter squares at the top of each (section) correspond with the top of the torso, arm, leg, whereas the darker corresponds with the bottom.

Head
-T=top
-(unmarked bottom, see the neck)
-r=right
-F=front
-b=back

Second layer head

-T=top
-darker b=bottom
-r=right
-F=front
-b=back

Leg
-O= outside
-F= front
-I= inside
-b= back

Torso
r= right
F= front
L= left
b= back

Arm

-O= outside
-F= front
-I= inside
-b= back

This is a little confusing, and probably makes sense to me, but if you found it useful, then please, give it a diamond and a heart! :)
