capecraft/mineshafter/any-other-program/mod-that-allows-you-to-use-capes-in-minecraft users can and should use this cape with the skin:
and if you aren't using mineshafter/capecraft/etc, I'm sorry, but you'll have to use the skin without the cape or re-design it with a cape.
just remember- you can post your version of the skin with cape/bow&arrows on the back/whatever you'll decide to add to the skin, but you'll need to ask firt my permission. then, If I'll agree, you'll need to put my PMC username in the "Additional credit" section at the bottom of the editing menu, under "Skin Details" and put a link to this skin's page in you'r skin description, or I'll be very, very, very, very mad! and I'll probably flag your post and PMC's staff will probably remove it. and both of us dont want it to happen, so just give me the credits I deserve, and nothing bad will happen. or just don't post it at all, meaby you want it to be unique or something, I dont know...
