The Slender Man is an urban legend, it is a tall figure in a black suit and tie, with a white blank face. It can teleport, and give you "Slender Sickness". One symptom is blurry vision. This urban legend was also the inspiration for the Enderman, if you take out the "s" and "l" out and Slenderman.
