Above is the pokedex entry. I had a lot of fun making this skin. This was the one pokemon that I thought of as useless, besides magikarp. It turns out Smeargle is actually pretty cool. I had a pokemon skin blog a while back so I decided that I would add to it. Well, hope you guys all like it. If you happen to want a pokemon skin pm me or post in the comments. Im in a skinning mood right now, lol... :/
