It's a soldier from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 based on the singleplayer character 'Sandman'. Master Sergeant Sandman was an operator in the Delta Force and the team leader of Delta Force unit Team Metal. He was born on 10 October 1969 and was killed in action on 14 October 2016.
