Splatter is a character that is made out of paint.
one day a painter found a brush that brings the paintings he makes to come to life BUT, he did not know that he had that brush. when the artist made Splatter he tried to put him in a art museum but he kept on running away. nor water nor fire killed this paint blob because he was made from that brush.
