The characters name is "Squall Leonhart" from the popular game series Final Fantasy. This skin however is not based on the outfit he wears in FF8. I skinned him wearing the outfit from another popular game series Kingdom Hearts where he plays as a supporting character.
Probably going to start shading this skin soon. :)
