The Public Eye is a type of machine that moves much like that of a human, but provides live feed from the city to the Council of Representatives. With this technology, the Public Eye has a spotlight on it's face in order to attract attention to an oddly behaving individual.
These are used as security officers around the larger, richer cities.
I spent about three days working on this shading, and I am very proud with the result. :D
