Mercenaries are usually hired by the three main crime groups: The Skyslinger Gang, the Bronze Arms, and the Family of Blackwood.

These mercenaries are perfectionists at everything they do. They are always picked from the orphanages, as there are no family members for the mercenaries to care about. They learn to hate what they are told to hate from a young age. They carry a standard Luger P08, as well as an M3 Submachine Gun.

Their mask is a variation of the classic World War II era gask mask, in the case of chemical weapons used during combat.

Mercenaries have BPM detectors built into their chest, with a small tube full of acids in the case of a mercenary being killed. The reason for this is in the case that they are killed, and their murderer wishes to know the identity of the mercenary, the acid are released into the blood stream thus dissolving much of their flesh in a matter of minutes.
