In a quad-core steaming sleigh,

Claws on steely arms,

So yeah, that's the gist of it.
He's a failed robot Santa that keeps the elf clones in check, ruining their lives and turning them into piles of smouldering ashes when they screw up, or when his cold silicon circuitry wants entertainment, just so you guys can have a wonderful Christmas.
He has made many an orphan, and will one day attempt to take on the big man in red himself.
