I am so proud of myself right now, this new type of shading is all thanks to Sneeze7, he made a tutorial on how to implement his style of shading into your own skins and guess what, it worked ;D
This took more time than any other skin of mine but its all worth it.
Btw: This is Jeff from American Dad, he is a hippy and he is in love with Hayley, Hayleys parents, Stan and Francine Smith don't like Jeff because he lives in a rainbow unicorn van but Jeff truly loves Hayley.
