The Courier is called this for a reason, see if you can find out! The answer is on the skin!
The courier was found in Lithuania, only five years from whenever your reading this, for awesome reasons that I do not know of :P
The courier passed on a touch based disease that caused a physical transformation, both inwards and outwards, this transformation caused mass destruction in a small town on the border of Lithuania. The government was called in and all effected beings were captured and cured, The Courier killed three agents by causing a massive explosion. The witnesses all claim to have seen ponies and rainbows, sugarcoated with ice cream and stuff...
