The Man in White

I'm always seeing this guy. I suffer from paranoia (what people say) but I don't think I am.Like one time I was walking home and I look down into the woods and I see this man with a completly white face, red eyes, and wears a suit with a red flower, and with a belt with a red buckle. I'm always seeing this everywhere, in school, my dreams, at the store, in my house, etc. EVERYWHERE I GO!. It would tell me these things in latin. I dont know much latin. I know what he is saying (what it sounds like) heres something he would say:Tempus adventus. also:Quisque semper vigilant, ut ubi te, ego vigilabo. its something about time... but atleast i hope you like this skin
