The Nut Cracker was a cherished item of the young boy John, who played with it throughout the entirety of December, though when Christmas came to an end John had to box away the little Nut Cracker, waiting to be played again the next Christmas. The attention got to the Nut Cracker's head, and he couldn't bear being but into the box and neglected until the next Christmas. John's parents would always pack the Christmas decors into a closet in the basement. After five years of this vicious cycle, the Nut Cracker literally went nuts when he was left in the closet one sad day in December and wasn't brought out at all. He built up his rage within the closet and eventually went rogue, leaving the house and killing squirrels to steal their nuts.
