The smudge

Years after the nuclear apocalypse ended, the world we knew is nothing less but a big dusty clouds, Survivors is walking slowly around on the streets, A few mutaded animals is fighting over a piece of wood. Some people called the smudges have been rolling around in the toxic waste that is flooding all over the world, their bodies have been mutaded, they are no longer hard but a liquid/slime like form, that can easly diseper in connection with other liquids. Nobody knows why they are here..
