This is Bakura from Yugioh. His first appearence was somewhere in the beginning of the first season.

He's probably my fave character knowing that they did a good job at his personality. Bakura is possessed by the Thief King that is 5000 years old and dwells in the Millenium Ring. (If I remember correctly....) I'd REALLY appreciate it if you gave a diamond. Thanks!
