The Wanderer is said to be seen throughout the wasteland. No one knows what it is or what it was. It is a mysterious entity with glowing eyes and a ragged mask. He is said to be about 2 meters tall with black-blue skin. He does not appear to be neither friendly or dangerous. He is left to wander on his own accord.
