Thifback, The Dwarf Assassin of Barrador

Thifback, the skilled Dwarf of Barrador was the best at what he does, combat, and more importantly, assassinations. Thifback once had a job for his king dwarf, Yab, to kill the mighty elf ruler, Athmelede.Once he reached the elven city in which the elves resided, he negotiated with them, and decided to betray the dwarves for the elves, revealing everything about those he once served. Athmelede asked for one thing of Thifback before the siege of the dwarven city, to slay the King Yab and offered a payment no one could deny. He did so without hesitation and traveled to Barrador. Once there, the legendary Yab ambushes Thifback and attempts to kill him. Due to Thifback's skill with the blade, all Yab could do was split his enemy's face in two before falling to his doom. The dwarvish assassin returned to the elven city to claim his reward, but was betrayed by Athmelede and was nearly killed in yet another ambush. Now he is exiled by all those around him, but every time and again when people see this dwarf, he is known as Thifback, The dwarf Assassin of Barrador.
