Ok, this was difficult! Her outfit is so bizarre that it was difficult to transfer this to skin form. Plus, I tried to add a little smile because Tira is well... so crazy. So so crazy.

Overall though, I think this was an admirable attempt at a skin for her. I was thinking about adding a mini ring blade on her back but then I scrapped the idea because I just thought it would look wierder xD Here's the reference picture I tried to use: Tira.

Please enjoy, and leave a comment whether you like it or absolutely loathe it! If this gets too much negative feedback Ill delete it, as I've done in the past, and redo the skin. There's always room for improvement.
