This is a TNT Guy with a warning colored clothes and a TNT head (quite similar to Minecraft). I was inspired after I saw a person who made a TV head.

On a mac easily go to: Library>Application Support>minecraft>bin>minecraft.jar>mobs>replace. Before copying though make a backup of your minecraft folder!
