Skin request from jonneyboysayhead for a valociraptor wearing the forth Doctor's (Tom Baker) hat and scarf.
The skin (like all my requests) isn't what I would call good, but it's decent, I guess. Another request skin I will come back to, and alter a bit to see if I can't get it looking a little better. And I'll work in the fedora some as well...fedoras and minecraft do not mix!
