This is a skin I made during my livestream, it is of Tom Delonge from the late 90's to early 00's period of him being in the band Blink 182! Blink 182 are a huge influence in the way I play music so I decided hey, why not make a skin of one or two of them!Here is my Reference Image incase you were wondering!
