I made this skin for A Community Skin Series! and Book and Movie Skin Character Contest
This would be Tulio from the movie "The Road to El Dorado". This was the first thing that poped to my head after seeing Mmm Octopie's design of Guybrush Threepwood so I decided to make it =P
