This is a quick skin I made for my faction, Vault 69. The premise of this skin is that he used to be a vault dweller until the bunker ran out of recorces, so the people of the vault started adapting. They wore armor pieces over their old vault uniform, and used materials they had to fashion communication devices. They needed the armor to protect them in the wastelands that they scavenged for food, water and anything useful. This skin is of me and has my face and hair from my personal skin.
