This is a Wehrmacht Enlisted man 'Soldat' (Recruit Private (or equivalent British Army ranks)) from 1940+
The Litzen (Collar badge) is grayish & Historically appropriate.
With the ammunition packages,
Trademark 'Stahlheim' Steel helmet (Original design is from FJA96, but modified a bit) 
& rank appropriate shoulder & arm badges
