This is a request by WadeSpector, I hope you like it man!
The shading is sorta messed up because my eyes were legit bloodshot, I'll get fix it later when I have the power and the will!
PandaRawr thought this skin looked like a guy from The Wizard of Oz, So I'll call him Oz guy.
