It whips up blizzards in mountains that are always buried in snow. It is the abominable snowman.
This is for the Arctic creature skin contest. Might be a little late, but oh well. I used to use this guy on a blizzard team until I realized that he is absolutely horrible. Bad stats and has 7 weaknesses. Also blizzard teams don't even come close to sandstorm, drizzle or sunny day.
