This is Moka from Rosario Vampire in her non-vampiric form.(Or her Outer Moka.) Err....I'm planning to do her Vampire form next; she will still be in her school uniform, just red eyes and white hair. AGGH What's been bothering me lately is that I've wanted to try and do a skin that is NOT girly but not too...uh...."serious"? XD Something..."normal"? O.O IDK...
