This is APA 13, Also known as All Purpose Android... It is a robotic inovation made by NASA...
Story
Why "APA", by that I mean "All Purpose" ?
Nasa folks were sick of only sending some probes and satellites... They only sent those Jeep like robots to the top of mars and let them explore and take pictures...
This was usefull, but there was a problem... Those robots ,along being expensive, they cost a lot of resources to build...
This is where this bot gets in the picture...
Along side from being an human like robot... It doesnt simply roll on his wheels and takes pictures... He can pick up things... he can take pictures... It pretty much works like an RC human...
This big ideia... which the autor is still unknown... Gave Nasa riches... And the habillity to go where they never went before...
Mankind took a huge step on the exploration of space, through this usefull tool.
