Ashtar, the dark emperor from Ninja Gaiden 2: The dark sword of chaos released on the NES. Ashtar is perhaps one of my favorite villians in the series even better than Jaquiro! So in respect of me beating Ninja Gaiden 2 I made him. Sad that he wasn't the main villain and I wish we could of seen him play more of a role than a "henchman".
Anyways this took some painfully long time looking at his concept art, which will explain why he looks different from the NES sprite and cutscenes.
