This is Astrid from How To Train Your Dragon (Based on the character from DreamWorks)
She's got blonde hair and a tough-looking viking outfit, which includes a green-brown shirt, red skirt and brown boots. She's also got the sinewy-like wrapping on her arms and the headband. Hope you like!
