HEY AWL! I'm not trying to top my last skin, I'm simply enjoying myself by drawing what comes to mind.
If any of you guys have been reading the most recent Batman comics from DC, you've no doubt seen the new Joker. Here is a reference:
I could not add all of his features, I did the best I could on a 64x32 template.
